FANLALA.COM, KABILLION PARTNER TO DISTRIBUTE EXCLUSIVE TEEN
ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT TO MORE THAN 20 MILLION HOUSEHOLDS

Deal includes Teen Stars Rule! Branded VOD Channel, Putting Fanlala into
more than 90 Percent of the Top-25 TV Markets, and Online Content
Integration

Burbank, CA, Dec. 8, 2009 – Fanlala.com, an interactive social community
for tweens, and Kabillion, the multi-platform, kids’ entertainment
network, have joined forces to distribute Fanlala.com’s exclusive video
content on its own new Teen Stars Rule! VOD channel. Reaching more than
20 million digital cable television subscribers, the channel launches
Dec. 3, with Kabillion.com offering the content shortly afterward,
announced Fanlala.com COO Timothy Golden and Kabillion VP of Sales and
Marketing Deb Pierson.

Under the collaboration, Fanlala will provide programming each month to
the channel, which ranks in the top-10 channels among children’s VOD
channels on the Comcast cable system. Additionally, Kabillion and
Fanlala will collaborate to co-create and co-finance original
programming with a continuing focus on tween entertainment and
celebrities. Kabillion, in turn, will promote the new channel on the
network, on TV and on Kabillion.com.

The partnership greatly expands Fanlala.com’s reach to its young viewing
audience by offering two new platforms that will give its users access
to their favorite teen celebrities, TV shows, movies and other exclusive
content. The Fanlala online community, which launched in October, will
now be the only outlet reaching the key demo with such a broad VOD
reach.

The December segments of Teen Stars Rule! feature many of the popular
stars highlighted on Fanlala.com, including Miranda Cosgrove, Miley
Cyrus, Selena Gomez, David Henrie, Demi Lovato, Jesse McCartney,
Mitchel Musso, Ashley Tisdale and more.

“In recognizing the size and value of the tween market, Kabillion and
Fanlala.com provide an unprecedented medium in which advertisers and
sponsors can reach the younger demographic,” Golden said. “Working
together, the possibilities are endless and we are excited to be in
business with them.”

“Fanlala.com’s top notch teen celebrity programming ties in perfectly
with Kabillion’s other brand-name content,” says Rebecca Agbe-Davies,
Director of Programming for Kabillion. “We are excited to add names like
Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers along-side X-Men, Godzilla, and Rob
Dyrdek’s Wild Grinders.”

Kabillion’s Ad Sales Team will represent both the VOD channel and
Fanlala.com’s advertising inventory, serving potential advertising and
sponsorship partners across multiple platforms.

In addition to the VOD channel, Kabillion and Fanlala.com have agreed to
a series of cross-promotional online activities to engage fans and
users. Kabillion will supply a “Powered By” Fanlala partner page on
Kabillion.com, featuring all of Fanlala’s popular videos, games,
blogs/news, contests and user-generated content. Furthermore, Kabillion
will provide targeted distribution efforts for Fanlala.com’s exclusive
content on Kabillion.com, as well as throughout its affiliate
distribution network of sites.

Fanlala.com, meanwhile, will offer all of the content for its partner
page on Kabillion.com and provide a “Powered By” Kabillion interactive
game section on the Fanlala site. It will also work with Kabillion to
develop new games for tweens within the community and promote the Teen
Stars Rule! VOD channel on Fanlala.com.

Miley Cyrus Bus Crash!

Monday Nov 30, 2009

Miley-Cyrus-Bus-Crash

Not all may know but one of Miley Cyrus’ tour buses had gotten into a crash… no Miley is not dead (thank god) but the bus driver has been killed in the crash and 8 other people were injured.  The bus that had been crashed was one of 8 other buses… that bus in the picture was a bus full of stage equipment that she uses at her concerts.  Miley  is very lucky that she had not been in that bus, and also that the other people on the bus had not died.  I wish her good luck with anything since this accident!  Good luck Miley!

Hottest Guys on TV this Fall

1. Trevor Donovan
Playing golden boy Teddy Montgomery on 90210 isn’t a stretch for California native Trevor Donovan. And with his rugged good looks and chiseled surfer’s bod, he has West Beverly High experiencing a perpetual heat wave! “I auditioned, and within a week I was working,” Trevor, 31, told Life & Style during an exclusive photo shoot on Sept. 15 in LA. “Coming into a cast that had worked together for a year was a little intimidating, but everyone’s so nice. And Teddy’s a really fun character.”

It’s hard not to be disarmed by Trevor, whose physical perfection is matched by his charming sensitivity. “I’m good to my mom. I talk to her just about every day,” says the 6-foot-2 star, who’s single. “I’m also a musician — I write and sing. I wrote a lot of stuff for a past girlfriend.” While he’s millions of girls’ dream guy, he fantasizes about just one person. “I’d like to work with Brad Pitt,” he tells Life & Style. “I like his freedom and loose acting style.” Double the man candy? Swoon!

2. Daniel Henney
Move over, McDreamy! Former model Daniel Henney, 29, is getting pulses racing on the new medical drama Three Rivers. “It’s a lot of fun when we shoot on location at hospitals and patients, even nurses, approach me with medical questions,” he tells Life & Style. “Don’t worry — I don’t answer them!”

3. Chris O’Donnell
With five kids between the ages of 10 and 22 months at home, it’s a wonder Chris O’Donnell has been able to hold on to his boyish good looks over his 19-year career. Luckily for fans, the ageless actor’s bringing home the bacon by flaunting his baby blues on NCIS: LA every week. “I’ve got a lot of mouths to feed,” explains Chris, 39, “and they eat a lot.”

4. Nick Zano
On Cougar Town, Courteney Cox’s character chooses Nick Zano for her first dip into the kiddie pool — and why wouldn’t she? Raised by his great-grandmother, grandmother, mom and two aunts, the onetime MTV VJ, 31, knows how to treat a woman. His real-life girlfriend, Haylie Duff, 24, is one lucky lady!

5. Michael Rady
Michael Rady, 28, aces the role of lovable film geek Jonah Miller on Melrose Place — despite his less than stellar study habits. “I didn’t really watch the original Melrose,” Michael, who recently got engaged to his college sweetheart, Rachael Kemery, admits to Life & Style. “I did my homework while it was on.”
